Careers / Technical Account Manager


The Technical Account Manager (TAM) is responsible for providing post-sales technical support and account management to our customers. The TAM is the key point of contact for customers and works with Engineering to represent their needs and solve their pain points. You will report directly to the CEO. No travel is currently planned, though this could change.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to guide customers on how best to implement and use LaunchDarkly
  • Act as first contact for all escalations and support issues
  • Have a deep technical understanding of LaunchDarkly’s architecture and SDKs
  • Work with engineering to incorporate roadmap feedback
  • Experience in a startup environment a plus
  • Experience in technical support or technical account management
  • Experience working with agile software teams or DevOps
  • Working knowledge of at least one of Ruby, Python, .NET, Javascript, PHP, Java
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Empathy and enthusiasm to do the right thing for customers
  • Good communication and organization skills
