Update a scheduled change for a segment
Edit the execution date and/or the comment of a scheduled change that has not been applied yet. A field you leave out is unchanged, and an empty comment clears the comment.
The caller must be allowed to update scheduled changes on the segment, and must also be allowed to make the change’s instructions directly. If the segment requires approvals, the caller must also be allowed to bypass them.
Returns 409 if the scheduled change is already being applied or was changed by someone else in the meantime.
