Approval on an experiment action used to apply only if the environment required approvals for every change, which is a heavy commitment for a team that wants review on one sensitive experiment. You can now request approval to start, or to stop and ship, on a specific experiment even where approvals aren't required: click the arrow next to Start or Stop and choose the approval option. Reviewers handle the request exactly as they do today, and it works for both flag experiments and configs. Approvals are available to Enterprise and Guardian customers.
