Set up Amazon S3 Data Export yourself

You can now create an S3 destination for Data Export directly from the Integrations page, in a guided setup flow. Point LaunchDarkly at your bucket, choose a file format, and it generates the IAM permissions policy and trust policy for you to paste into AWS. You paste the role ARN back, then test the connection before you depend on it. Authentication is IAM role-based, so LaunchDarkly writes to your bucket by assuming a role you control rather than holding long-lived access keys that you would have to store and rotate. Exports are available as Parquet, CSV, JSON, or JSONL, so your flag evaluation and experiment data lands in a format your pipeline already reads. Data Export is an add-on feature.
