Hands-on with Automated Releases

Join us for a hands-on workshop where you'll take a new feature from pull request to production with LaunchDarkly Release Autopilot, steering the flag and the release entirely from the PR.

About this workshop

What happens after agents write the code?

Join us for a hands-on workshop where you'll take a new feature from pull request to production with LaunchDarkly Release Autopilot, steering the flag and the release entirely from the PR.

Here’s what you'll learn how to do:

  • Set release guardrails. Create a release policy that defines how LaunchDarkly should deploy your changes.
  • Get a release plan from a PR. See how Release Autopilot analyzes a change, decides whether it needs a feature flag, and proposes that plan.
  • Steer plans without leaving GitHub. Refine, reject, or approve recommendations, or approve just the flag now and the release later, all with PR comments.
  • Ship a feature with a progressive rollout. Approve a full plan, merge, and watch Release Autopilot create the flag and roll the feature out over time.
  • Track the release in LaunchDarkly. Review flag evaluations and release progress as traffic flows through.

We'll close with a quick tour of where you can go next, including reverting a plan and giving Release Autopilot feedback.

Prereqs: Just bring your computer. We’ll provision accounts at check-in.
