Zena is an Oakland native with a B.A. in Communications Studies and Political Science from the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor. She kicked off her career in the Sports industry - generating ticket sales revenue for the UC Berkeley Athletic Department. Zena then pivoted into the SaaS world, spending the past year as a top performing Sales Development Representative at Intercom. While at Intercom, she laid the foundation for a brand new global sales development strategy, helping to significantly expand the Sales pipeline. Zena joins the LaunchDarkly go-to-market team in a marketing capacity, working to generate brand awareness and product demand. Outside of work, Zena enjoys watching Michigan Football games, attending music festivals, SoulCycle classes, and walks around Lake Merritt.
