LaunchDarkly Partner Program Guide
Effective as of June 5, 2020.
Partner’s participation in the LaunchDarkly Partner Program is subject to the LaunchDarkly Partner Program Agreement (the “Agreement”), and any associated addenda. This Partner Program Guide generally describes the benefits and requirements with respect to the LaunchDarkly Partner Program. This Partner Program Guide may be updated from time-to-time by LaunchDarkly.
1. Technology Partner Program Commitments
In consideration for the benefits, Partner agrees to comply with the following:
- When building an integration, use LaunchDarkly’s latest API’s as documented in the Documentation.
- When building an integration, use LaunchDarkly’s public documentation process to create and host your Solution documentation, including contact information for support, at https://docs.launchdarkly.com/integrations.
- Use LaunchDarkly’s logo and marks in accordance with the guidelines set forth at https://launchdarkly.com/press-and-media/.
- When building an integration, maintain public availability of the integration for the duration of the Agreement.
- Provide and maintain Support and Business contacts to LaunchDarkly in the form of one (1) perpetually maintained corporate email alias.
- Keep LaunchDarkly informed of any material changes in how the application integrates with the Launchdarkly platform.
- Make all software required to validate and support integration(s) with the LaunchDarkly platform available to LaunchDarkly, at no charge. The provided software will be used exclusively for testing, integration evaluation, training and demonstration purposes only, and subject to general availability. Partner further agrees to provide technical documentation and support so that LaunchDarkly may adequately evaluate and provide ongoing support of the integration.
- Deliver one (1) live or recorded product overview session for the LaunchDarkly sales team.
2. Technology Partner Program Benefits
In consideration for Partner’s fulfillment of the requirements set forth in Section 1, above, Partner will be eligible to receive the following:
1. Early access to LaunchDarkly features and capabilities.
2. Potential inclusion in LaunchDarkly’s marketing materials and social media, subject to LaunchDarkly approval as follows:
• One (1) tweet per calendar year from LaunchDarkly’s primary account (on approved content).
• One (1) featured guest blog post or Partner webinar in a calendar year.
3. Access to one (1) five (5) seat Enterprise Subscription License to the latest released version of LaunchDarkly service at no charge, for testing, training and demonstration purposes only, and subject to general availability for 12 months, (subject to Launch Darkly’s standard Terms of Service. LaunchDarkly further may provide technical documentation and support so that Partner may adequately integrate and enable the LaunchDarkly service.
4. Access to the LaunchDarkly Partners Slack instance.
5. Upon approval, option to list partner’s integration(s) within the LaunchDarkly integrations directory.
