Tim Wong was formerly a senior engineer and one of the founding members of the Atlassian Technical Account Management team. In the last nine years, he's worked with at least a third of the Fortune 100, helping them get the most value out of their engineering investments. Tools are important, but building a strong culture and growing people are key to making great products. When he's not working, Tim spends his free time dreaming up terrible analogies for complex ideas and indulging his passion for board games. Tim graduated from the University of California, Davis with BA in Philosophy and Dramatic Arts, with a minor in Computer Science.
