Zuhaib has been a Senior Developer at LaunchDarkly since 2017. Before that, he was a Senior Developer at Atlassian for the past five-plus years. He was the first non-founder engineer to join the HipChat team, and one of his major projects was scaling out HipChat's backend data and search engine. Zuhaib led the team that switched HipChat to use ElasticSearch, helping scale the HipChat backend system from processing 110 million messages to over three billion messages a year.
