Alerts: Anomaly detection, custom messages, and inline graphs

Alerts in LaunchDarkly Observability now support anomaly-based triggering, custom messages with Markdown and templating, and inline graphs in notifications. You can also use a new Test alert button to preview notifications before they fire.

Previously, alerts relied on static thresholds. With anomaly detection, alerts can trigger on meaningful deviations in your metrics without manually tuning thresholds. Custom messages let you include structured context and runbook links, while inline graphs (for example, in Slack) give responders immediate visibility into metric trends.
