Mapping Development Practices to Governance in LaunchDarkly
A key component of what makes LaunchDarkly a "platform" is the ability to provide different types of users access to interact with your software releases. Want to tightly control access to production flags? We can do that. Want an SRE to be able to quickly control killswitches and flag states? We can do that too! The platform enables all teams to safely come together as part of the software release process. And this is all thanks to Roles and Access.
Roles and Access provides a granular level of control around who and what can make changes within the LaunchDarkly platform. In this session, we'll use real-world examples from some of our largest and most successful customers to talk through how they design access and onboard teams from across their organizations. You'll walk away with our best practices and an understanding of how to strategically approach Roles and Access in LaunchDarkly.
