Best Practice Sessions/Training

We’re excited to get you started on your LaunchDarkly journey!  For our new customers, we’re pleased to offer three (3) free sessions* in your first ninety (90) days to give you a little extra assistance as you get up and running with our platform. These sessions can be scoped to fit your needs. Here are a few suggestions:

  • Onboarding: For teams that are new to LaunchDarkly. We will focus on enabling you around the set-up and activation of the platform by walking through projects, environments and configuring custom roles. 
  • Configuration:  We will help guide you on how best to set up SDKs, create repeatable processes and enable feature flags in your application using our best practices.
  • Integration: Providing guidance on adding additional use cases through integration with platforms like ServiceNow or Snowflake.
  • Operational: Usage recommendations for optimal product operation, identify risk mitigation and implement change controls to avoid problems before they surface.

* Sessions are offered as a one time benefit for new customers and will expire 90 days after contract signing
* Each session is limited to 2 hours (including any preparation time)
* Sessions are only offered during LaunchDarkly working hours and will be delivered in English. 
* Sessions will be delivered remotely and require at least 2 weeks of advance notice for schedule.  If an onsite session is requested, Travel and Expenses will need to be reimbursed and will require at least 4 weeks advance notice for scheduling.
